Where have I been?

What in the world have we been up to you might ask....Well here is a little look into our lives from the past couple of weeks....

We've been:

PLAYING PEEK-A-BOO....

HANGIN' AT THE POOL...

PLAYING WITH BABY DOLLS...

PUTTING LOTION ON OUR BARBIES...

SWIMMING WITH OUR BFFS...

HOLDING EMRY... (for the first time I might add!!)

One of those days...

Well, today has been one of those days.... I know what your thinking "all this girl ever does is gripe!"... Not today though! Today (and yesterday) has been one of those days that I just can't get enough of these 2 girls!! I mean it! I have had such a good time with them both the past two days. Alli has been in such a great mood and has been minding the first time we tell her to do something. AMAZING!! I'm hoping it finally clicked with her! ha! And sweet Em has just been such the snuggler. She is going through that stage of wanting to be held most of the time but I'm TOTALLY fine with that!! After having Alli, I've now realized just how quickly they grow up and don't want you to hold them very often so I'm soaking this one up!!

Oh sure, Alli has had her moments and so has Emry but for the most part it's been so nice! I even braved it and took the BOTH to two local christian book stores today. Alli was really on her best behavior and Emry of course slept. I almost went to Old Navy but then thought I better quit while I'm ahead cause sure enough we'd have a melt down they moment we went it! ha!

On to dr news, Emry had her weight checked on Tuesday. Unfortunately, she had not gained any weight so the dr wanted her to start seeing a speech therapist to help with her eating. What do ya know, the next feed she ate 2 and a half ounces! She continued to eat good so the speech therapist said she's ok with not doing any therapy as long as she is eating good.

We went back to the dr Thursday to check her weight again and YAY she was up an ounce. THANK YOU JESUS!! He does want to go ahead and have the speech therapist watch her eat but I'm ok with that.... I'm just praying she continues to do well.
